摘　　要：《蒙古—卫拉特法典》是17世纪蒙古社会内忧外患历史条件下的产物。从社会学法学的角度入手,结合具体的社会历史背景,运用法条解释法对《法典》文本进行了解析,阐述了《法典》主要通过调控部族关系、军事攻防、宗教信仰和统治秩序四方面来化解蒙古社会的危机。Mongolian - Wei Late Code came out as the product of the internal and external trouble of Mongolian society in the 17^th century. The paper, taking the actual social and historical background into account, elaborates the Code from the angles of sociological legal science with law interpretive method, concluding that the Code resolved the crisis in Mongolian society by regulating and controlling the main tribal relations, military defense, religious beliefs and dominant order.
