东北和内蒙古地区资源的合理开发与区域协调发展

摘　　要：提高东北和内蒙古地区自然资源合理开发的力度,对促进东北的全面振兴和区域协调发展意义重大。在深入分析东北和内蒙古地区自然资源利用现状的基础上,提出了实现资源合理开发与东北环境、经济可持续发展的三点对策:一是整合资本,加大投资力度,开发新能源;二是转变生产方式,做强农产品深加工产业;三是着眼于国内外市场,拓展旅游、服务、商贸等第三产业。Enhancing the rational development of natural resources in Northeast China and Inner Mongolia has great significance for an overall revitalization of the Northeast and the coordinated regional development. Based on a further analysis of the present utilization of natural resources in Northeast China and Inner Mongolia, this paper offers three strategies concerning the rational development of natural resources and sustainable economic development： integrate capital, increase investment, develop new energy, industry; change production means, develop agricultural product processing industry; develop tourism, service, commerce and other tertiary industries in domestic and international markets.
