淫羊藿总黄酮对实验性脑缺血的保护作用初探

摘　　要：目的观察淫羊藿总黄酮对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的保护作用。方法采用线栓法复制大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞模型(MCAO),观察淫羊藿总黄酮对模型大鼠的作用。结果淫羊藿总黄酮降低MCAO模型大鼠的神经功能评分,降低脑组织含水量,增加SOD、NOS活性,降低MDA含量。结论淫羊藿总黄酮对实验性脑缺血模型有保护作用。Aim To explore the protective effects of total flavons of epimedium （TFE） in experimental cerebral ischemia mice. Methods Rat models of middle cerebral artery occlusion（MCAO） were applied to observe the effect of TFE. Results TFE decreased the neurological deficit scores and cerebral water content in rats,increased superoxide dismutase （SOD） and nitric oxide synthase （NOS） in ischemic brain, and decreased the content of malondiadehyde （MDA）. Conclusion TFE obviously improves the symptoms of cerebral ischemia and neurological deficit and decrease the cerebral edema.
