摘  要:目的探讨泌尿系结石的成份及防治方法。方法对2006~2008年我科尿石症病人70例进行结石成份分析,并结合文献进行探讨。结果通过对ESWL术排出结石和泌尿系结石手术后取出结石进行成份分析,草酸钙42例(60%),磷酸钙15例(21.4%),尿酸盐9例(12.8%),磷酸镁铵3例(4.28%),胱氨酸1例(1.42%)。结论泌尿系结石成份分析是代谢评估的一项主要内容,可以为预防结石的复发提供针对性的治疗依据,但精确的结石分析仍然具有一定的难度,不同的方法各有其优缺点。Aim To study the analysis of constituents and the prevention of urinary stones. Methods Constituents of urinary stones of 70 impatients from 2006 to 2008 in our department had been analysed and explored. Results 70 case of urinary stones had been received by ESWL and operation. Sstone componets were blew:calcium oxalate were found 42 cases(60% ), phosphate stones 15 eases( 21.4% ), uricstones 9 cases( 12.8% ), ammonium magnesium phosphate stones 3 cases(4.28% ) and cystine stones 1 cases( 1.42% ). Conclusion The analysis of stones componets is a kind of primary aspects of metabolic assessment. It may provide information to treatment and prevention of stones. But accurate analysis of the stones componets is difficuh ,different approaches have their advantages and disadvantages.
