摘 要:采用盆栽方式,研究了施磷对花生根系生长发育和产量的影响。结果表明,花生出苗45d后根系干物重、根系活力、根瘤数和根瘤鲜重逐渐增大,在出苗后85d(饱果初期)达到最大值,以后逐渐降低。增施磷肥有利于提高花生根系干物重、根系活力、根瘤数和根瘤鲜重,最终提高了荚果产量、生物产量和经济系数。Effects of phosphorus application on root growth and development and yield of peanut (Arachis Hypogaea L. ) were studied with pot culture experiment. The results indicated that root dry weight, root activity, root nodule number and root nodule fresh weight increased gradually for 45 days after seedling emergence, reached maximum at 85 days after emergence (early pod filling stage) and then decreased. Increasing phosphorus application was beneficial to improve root dry weight, root activity, root nodule number and root nodule fresh weight. At last, it increased pod yield, biological yield and economic coefficient of peanut.
