区域资源节约型、环境友好型科技创新能力评价研究——以福建省为例

摘　　要：在构建区域资源节约型、环境友好型科技创新能力评价指标体系的基础上,应用层次分析法、模糊数学建立起了相应的评价模型,并以福建省为例进行了实证分析。Based on the construction of index system for the evaluation of regional resource-conserving and environment-friendly scientific and technological innovation ability ,the paper establishes the corresponding evaluation model by AHP and Fuzzy mathematics,and takes Fujian province as an example for the empirical analysis.
