摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展，网络上有越来越多的信息已经组成一个虚拟的图书馆，如何有效地组织与利用网络上各种不同的资源，一直是人们所关注的重点。MARC一直是图书馆资源整理与组织的依据，它是否适合处理网络资源一直处于争论之中，文中就MARC与Dublin Core发展背景，数据结构、著录特点等对此问题进行探讨。参考文献2。With the development of information technology, the network has more and more information which have been the formation of a virtual library. How organizing and using the variety of resources on the network have been the focus of concern. MARC have been the collation and organization of library resources. However, whether it is appropriate to deal with network resources have been in dispute. The paper explores this question on the MARC and Dublin Core＇s development background, data structure, the characteristics and so on. 2 Refs.
