摘　　要：生活在18世纪后期至19世纪前期的福州闽侯汤院乡郑宗梓,通过对农户土地使用权的有偿使用,用多种合伙经营等方式,经营果树和经济林,密切与市场联系,追逐价值,从而成为清代福建经营地主的一个典型。From the late 18th century to the early 19th century, Zheng Zong-zi traded in fruit trees and economical forest through the compensable use of farmers＇right to use land and going shares in Tang Yuan Village, Minhou County. He who had a close connection with the market and hunted for large profits, became the typical managing landlord of Fujian Province in the Qing Dynasty.
