摘  要:介绍了产品的排样设计方案、模具结构、模具关键零件的设计与制造工艺。文章分析了汽车连接件的工艺性,从优化排样入手,确定了"一出二"级进模冲压生产的工艺方案,替代了原一模一件的级进模具,生产效率提高了3倍,降低了劳动强度。模具采用自动送料机构送料,导正钉精确定距,送料位置精度高于0.002mm。模具制造精度达到0.002mm,同时采用多种装置,保证模具不受损伤,明显提高了模具寿命,可达2000万次。实践证明,模具结构合理、可靠,能保证产品质量,对此类零件的级进模设计有参考价值。The layout design of the part, the structure of the die, the design and manufacture process of the key components of the die have been introduced.In the text, the technological property of the connecting part of automobile has been analyzed. Starting from optimizing layout, the process program of punching manufacture of two pieces per press progressive die has been determined, which has replaced the original one pieces per press progressive die and increased the work efficiency over 3 times as well as reduced the work intensity. The automatic feeding mechanism and guided nails have been used in mold. Feeding accuracy is higher than 0.002mm. Manufacturing precision of mold can reach 0.002mm. Several devices have been used to protect die from damage, which improves die life significantly up to 20 million times. Practices show that the die structure is reasonable and reliable, which can ensure the product quality. It has reference value to the design of the progressive dies for similar parts.
