摘  要:阐述了冷挤压凸模工作主要失效形式、产生原因及延寿的主要方法。针对塑性变形、纵向裂纹、破裂和磨损四大类失效形式,在模具设计、制造和使用中,选择淬透性好的模具钢,严格控制凸模工作过程的压应力及凸模工作段的长径比(小于2.5),严格控制凸模热加工工艺使其碳化物偏析级别不超过2级,凸模工作截面过度部分避免急剧变化,减少乃至避免偏心载荷,保证润滑等是确保凸模使用可靠性延长使用寿命的主要途径。对生产中解决同类工艺问题具有实际意义。The main failure formals, the general reason and the main extension life methods have been represented. In the mould design, manufacture and application process, against the four major categories including plastic deformation, longitudinal crack, abruption, and the wear, the die steel of the good harden ability has been chosen. Not only the compressive stress of the punch and the slenderness ratio of the punch working portion (less than 2.5 ), but also the thermal treatment technology which does not make the level of the carbide segregation exceed two class have been controlled strictly. The excess portion of the punch working cross section has been avoided to rapidly change. The off-centering load has been decreased or avoided and the lubrication has been guaranteed. All above measures make the punch application more credibility and punch life longer, which has practical meaning to solve the uniformity craft questions in the production.
