摘 要:将两种低分子量多胺物质与二硫化碳通过二步反应制得重金属捕集剂。通过正交实验优化,所合成重金属捕集剂对2mg·L^-1Cu^2+和Ni^2+废水的去除率分别达到98.35%和95.65%。并讨论了重金属捕集剂投加量、pH值及Cu^2+、Ni^2+共存条件对捕集剂处理低浓度Cu^2+和Ni^2+废水的影响。结果表明,重金属捕集剂投加量为0.0621~0.0955mg·L^-1时,处理后的水即可达到国家排放标准;pH值为7~10时,重金属捕集剂处理效果较好;在不同比例的Cu^2+、Ni^2+共存情况下,重金属捕集剂对两种离子均有较高的去除率,具有进一步研究应用价值。A heavy metal capturing agent is synthesized with two low-molecular-weight amine compounds and carbon disulfide through two-step reaction. Through orthogonal experiments, the removal rate can reach 98.35% and 95.65% respectively when raw water contains 2 mg · L^-1 copper ion and nickel ion for the agent prepared under the optimized conditions. The experiment studies the treating effect and infection factors of heavy metal capturing agent on the wastewater containing low concentration copper ion and nickel ion. The resuits show that when heavy metal capturing agent dosage was in the range of 0. 0621 mg · L^-1 to 0. 0955 mg· L^-1, the above outflow concentration can reach wastewater discharge standard,it has high capturing efficiency on copper ion and nickel ion with the pH value of 7 to 10;when copper ion and nickel ion coexist in different proportion, it also has high removal rate. The research results prove that the prepared heavy metal capturing agent has good application value, which deserves to be further developed.
