摘 要:探讨了以菜籽油为原料,与甲醇反应,加入KF/CaO作为催化剂,经过超声波反应制备生物柴油的工艺条件,考察了超声波频率、醇油物质的量的配比、催化剂用量、反应时间等条件对反应的影响,实验结果表明该反应最佳的条件为:超声波频率为30KHz,醇油物质的量的配比为7:1,催化剂投加量为2.5%,反应时间为30min,产率达92.98%。对所得生物柴油的主要性能指标符合德国现阶段的生物柴油标准。In this paper, rapeseed wave with the addition of KF/CaO as ultrasonic frequency, the molar ratio oil as raw in solid base ca of methanol aterial, reacted with methanol under ultrasonic talyst, then the bio - diesel was obtained. The o rapeseed the amount of catalyst and the reaction time were investigated. We found out optimum reaction conditions: the ultrasonic frequency was 30KHz, the molar ratio of methanol to rapeseed oil was 7 : 1, the quality ratio of catalyst to rapeseed oil was 2.5%, the reactive time was 30 minutes, and the yield was up to 92.98%. Then the performance of the obtained bio- diesel was investigated, which reaches the current bio- diesel standards in Germany.
