摘　　要：TSP是软件行业里实施CMM的主要软件过程之一,属于"重"型的软件开发方法。极限编程则XP是一种轻量级的对质量和速度并重的软件开发方法,是敏捷方法中的主流。本文在阐述了TSP、XP的基本概念后,提出在TSP的应用过程中加入XP的思想,实现XP与TSP的有机结合,提高中小软件项目的开发速度和质量。TSP is one of the major software of CMM in the software. It belongs to the “heavy” type of software development methods. Extreme Programming is a lightweight software development methods which focuses both in the quality and speed. After explaining the basic concept of TSP and XP, this paper proposes the concept of adding XP to TSP. It can realize the organic integration of XP and TSP. It also can enhance the development speed and quality of small and medium-sized software projects.
