摘  要:目的通过对微波炉法标记99mTc-MIBI的技术探讨,保证此方法的标记质量和标记过程的安全。方法首先用微波炉对烧杯内的水进行加热实验,观察被加热液体在旋转托盘不同位置的受热状况;再做空白模拟实验,摸索不引起实验瓶破裂的较长加热时间;在此安全加热时间范围内,逐级增加实际加热标记时间,分别用纸层析法做放化纯测定,确定最合适的标记时间。结果微波炉旋转托盘的中心位置,火力适中、热力均匀;中档火力加热真空瓶中4ml生理盐水,安全加热时间至少70s;实际标记加热40~50s,99mTc-MIBI的放化纯度可达98%以上。结论微波炉法标记99mTc-MIBI,安全、可靠、高效,值得推广使用。Objective Through technological approach of method of ^99mTc radiolabelling MIBI with microwave,to ensure radiolabeled quality and safety of procedure of this method. Methods Firstly,heating test:water in beaker was heated by microwave,to observe the heated condition of water in different location of plate in microwave;secondly,blank analogue test:to grope longer heating time but cannot break the labeled vial;finally,real labelling,in the range of safe heating time,increase the heating time step by step to different vacuum vial containing ^99mTc and MIBI.The radiochemical purity were tested by chromatographic analysis to decide the fittest heating time. Results The fittest and uniform power occurred in central position of the plate of microwave;when heated 4ml of saline in vacuum vial with medial power, the safe heating time will at least 70s;the radiochemical purity will be above 98% by heating 40 -50s. Conclusion It is a safe,reliable and high-effective way to radiolabel ^99mTc-MIBI with microwave,and deserved to generalize.
