摘　　要：该文对微生物学实验课在实验内容及教学方法上的改革进行了详细地介绍,包括基础实验、综合实验及特色实验、多媒体教学等。通过改革激发了学生的学习兴趣、提高了教学效果、锻炼了学生的实验及科研能力,使微生物学实验课教学变得更加科学、合理。The reform and practice in laboratory course of microbiology are described including basic experiments, comprehensive experiments, experiments with features and teaching experiments with multi - media, ect.. By doing these kinds of reform, the study interests of students are stimulated, the teaching quality is improved, and the students ＇ abilities in doing experiments and researches are trained. In this way, the laboratory course of microbiology is made more acceptable in scientificity and rationality.
