摘  要:目的观察湖区钉螺脱离孳生环境后的存活时间以了解其是否具备远距离被动扩散的时间条件。方法2008年3月26日在洞庭湖洲滩捕集钉螺,采用爬行法和压碎法鉴别钉螺的死活。随机将活钉螺以100只为1组(共20组)分装普通信封,置室温下每隔3d观察1组,计算钉螺的存活率。结果洞庭湖洲滩钉螺离开孳生环境后在无水、无食物的情况下,10d内仅有少数钉螺死亡,至第30d时的存活率为86.00%;第42d后其存活率快速下降,至51d存活率为21.00%;观察至60d时仍有少量钉螺存活。结论湖区钉螺离开孳生环境后的存活时间较长,能够以各种形式远距离被动扩散。Objective To observe the survival time of water-snail of the lake region when it leave away from the propagating environment in order to understand whether the condition of time exists by passive remote diffusion. Methods Water-snail on the beach of Dongting Lake on Mar 26th , 2008 were collected and the live water-snails were randomly divided into 20 group, 100 snails each group. All the groups were separately put into the ordinary envelops under the indoor normal temperature, and the survival rate was calculated with 3-day intervals each group. Results A very little of water-snail from the beach of Dongting Lake died in 10 days when leaving away from the original propagating environment, even in the condition of without water and food. The survival rate was 86% in the 30 days; will down quickly after 42 days, survival rate of about 20% in the 51 days; A little of water-snail survived in the 60 days. Conclusion The survival time of water-snails from the lake region leaving away the propagating environment is comparatively longer, and suitable for passive remote diffusion in all kinds of ways.
