摘 要:目的:探讨川芎嗪对大鼠心肌缺血-再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:SD大鼠30只,分为假手术组、模型组和川芎嗪治疗组,造模后分别于缺血30min、再灌注60min观察三组大鼠的血清CK、AST、LDH水平和心肌组织丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性变化。结果:模型组与对照组比较,CK、AST、LDH指标升高,心肌组织MDA含量和SOD活性升高,同治疗组相比,CK、AST、LDH水平升高,心肌组织MDA含量升高,SOD活性降低。结论:川芎嗪对大鼠心肌缺血-再灌注引起心肌损伤具有明显的保护作用,其机制可能与抑制自由基生成和清除氧自由基作用有关。Objective: To study the protective effects of Ligustrazine on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods: 30 SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham operative group (SG), model group (MG) and treatment group (Ligustrazine group, MG). The activities of creatinkinase (CK), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and lactate dehydro- genase (LDH) in serum were determined, and activities of malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) after myocardial ischemia 30 min and reperfusion 60 min. Results: compared with SG, the levels of CK, AST, ANF and LDH were increased, activities of MDA and SOD were increased in cardiac muscle on MG. Compared with TG, the levels of CK, AST, ANF and LDH in serum were increased, activity of MDA was increased and that of SOD was decreased in cardiac muscle. Conclusion: Protective effects of Ligustrazine on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats is outstanding, which is possibly correlative with resisting and clearing SOD.
