摘 要:为了解铅的肾脏毒性以及与细胞凋亡的关系。建立原位末端标记法检测细胞凋亡。用醋酸铅腹腔注射染毒大鼠,染毒剂量分别为5,10,20mgPb2/kg体重,1次/天,共染毒3天。对照组腹腔注射醋酸钠20mgNa/kg体重。结果,于染毒第二天开始,各染毒组动物体重的增长速率已开始下降,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。肾脏脏器系数,染毒组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。染毒鼠的肾脏细胞调亡指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05,或P<0.01),且随剂量增加,细胞凋亡率增高。提示短期铅染毒具有明显的肾脏毒性,铅能促进肾脏组织细胞凋亡率的增加。To stuy renal toxicity of lead and its relationship with cells apoptosis, a detecting cell apoptosis method of In Situ End labeling (ISEL) had been established. In the exposed groups, rats were injected intraperitoneally with lead acetate in the dosages of 5, 10, and 20 mg Ph2+ /kg body respechvely.The injechons were done one time every day and the total exposure bine was three days. The control rats were injected sodium acetate in the same way. The results showed that increased body weight rates in the exposed groups were significantly lower than that in the control group from the second days (P<0.05).The coefficients of kidney related bodies in the exposed groups were higher than that in the controlgroup (P<0. 05). The apoptotic indexs of kidney in the exposed groups were markedly higher than that in the controls (P<0.05, P<0.01 ). Increased apoptotic rats were found accompanying with increased dosages of lead. Therefore, it could be concluded that rats exposed lead for a short period can incduce toricity of kidney and promote the occurrence of cells apoptosis in the kidney tissues.
