摘  要:通过小肠原位闭式灌流方法探讨了某些营养元素及维生素对大鼠小肠铅吸收的影响。体重280g左右Wistar大鼠分两组(各6只),对照组灌流液成分:40mgPb2/L蒸馏水;实验组灌流液成分:40mgPb2+5g氯化钙+1g醋酸锌+5g氯化铁+2mg亚硒酸钠+30mgVitaminB1+35mgVitaminB6+10mg叶酸/L蒸馏水。灌流小肠长度15cm左右,灌流液20mL,时间20min,流速2mL/min。结果显示,实验组门静脉血铅浓度明显低于对照组(P<0.01),说明本实验中所涉及各营养素联合应用能减少铅在大鼠小肠的吸收,但各自作用的贡献尚需进一步研究。The closed perfusion of small intestine in situ was conducted on Wistar rats for approaching the effect of Ca, Zn, Fe, Se, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B6 and folvite used in combination on absorption of lead in small intestine of rats. Animals weighed 280 g each were divided into two groups. The ingredients of perfusate in control group was 40 mg Pb2 5 g calcium chloride 1 g zinc acetate 5 g ferrum chloride 2 mg sodium selenite +30 mg Vitlnin B1 + 35 mg Vitmin B6 + 10 mg folvite/L (distilled water).The small intestine perfused was 15 cm or so in length, the peffoste was 20 mL. in volume, the flow rate was 2 mL/min, the duration was 20 min. The results of the present study showed the value of lead in portal vein of rats in experimental group was significantly lower compared with that in control group. The results indicate that the nutrients involved in the present study and used in combination can abate absorption of lead in small intestine of rats. The mechanism for this is still unknown.
