摘　　要：提出了用斯柯特变压器再加平衡电容为该种负载供电，可使三相电网电流平衡而消除大功率单相阻性负载对电力系统的危害．The Scott transformer and an added balancer capacitor are suggested to be used as the loading supply,which makes the three phase current being balanced,thus eliminating the damage of high power single phase resistor load to electric power system. [
