摘 要:根据相似原理,采用水模实验,研究五流中间包的流场及流动特性,在中间包模型内加"U"型挡墙,并调整挡墙上开孔的倾角和位置来控制流体流动的方式,以获得最优方案。流量计流量为1.0 m3/h,中间包死区比为14.7%,示踪剂响应时间为26 s,平均停留时间为257.6 s。Based on approximation principle, by means of using water model experiment, the flow field and flow distributing in the tundish of the 5-strand are studied .By researching U-shaped wall of the tundish, and adjusting the angle and the position of the opening holes in the tundish to control flowing mode of the fluid , the best project can be got.When the velocity magnitude of the flowmeter is 1.0 m^3/h ,the volume of dead zone is reduced by 14.7% ,and at the same time, the minimum retention time for the hot metal comes up to 26 s and the average time to 257.6 s.
