摘　　要：《晏子春秋》的真伪性、成书时间及作者是学界历来争议的焦点问题,1972年银雀山竹简本的发现,不但对这些问题的解决有了新的进展,而且对我们重新审视《晏子春秋》在中国古代文学史上的地位和价值提供了新的视角。Related Yanzi,s Spring and Autumn Annals controversy about the authenticity, the completion time and the author is long-standing. With the discovery of bamboo slip in the Yinque Mountain in 1972, the new progress regarding these question＇s solution were made. Moreover, the new angle of view were provided in view of re-surveying the status and value of Yanzi,s Spring and Autumn Annals in the history of Chinese ancient literature.
