摘　　要：以连云港综合信息管理系统为实例,介绍了企业铁路物流运输调度自动化管理模式,分析了目前所存在的工作流程问题,并以此为出发点着重讨论了解决此问题的方法。This paper took comprehensive information management system of LianYunGang port railway as an example, introduced the automatic management mode of railway transportation dispatching, then analyzed the problem of existing current workflow, and focused on the solutions to this problem.
