摘  要:目的急性缺氧常导致脏器功能损伤,观察此时丹红注射液对兔肠系膜微循环的影响,探讨丹红注射液的保护作用机制。方法建立急性缺氧动物模型,40只健康大耳白色家兔随机分为5组,即正常对照组(C组);急性缺氧对照组(Ⅰ组);丹红注射液5mL·kg-1组(Ⅱ组);丹红注射液10mL·kg-1组(Ⅲ组);丹红注射液20mL·kg-1组(Ⅳ组)。应用微循环显微镜自动摄像分析系统观察肠系膜微循环的变化。结果急性缺氧组兔肠系膜微动、静脉管径显著减小,血流速度明显减慢;白细胞滚动速度显著减慢,白细胞沿壁滚动数及白细胞黏附数、白微栓数明显增多;与正常对照组比较,均有显著差异(P<0.01或P<0.05);而丹红注射液可明显改善上述肠系膜微循环各指标,但3个剂量组之间无显著差异。结论急性缺氧时兔肠系膜微循环异常,丹红注射液具有明显的保护作用,但无明显的量效关系。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Danhong injection on mesenteric microcirculation in rabbits with acute hypoxia and study the protective machanism. METHODS Acute anoxic animal models were established, forty healthy flap-eared white rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal control group(group C); acute hypoxia group(group Ⅰ );Danhong injection 5 mL·kg^-1 group(groupII);Danhong injection 10 mL·kg^-1 group(group Ⅲ); Danhong injection 20 mL·kg^-1 group(group Ⅳ). A microcircular microscope image analysis system was used to study the changes ofmesenteric microcirculation. RESULTS In acute hypoxia group, the diameters of mesenteric arteriole and veinule, blood flow velocity decreased significantly compared with normal control group(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Leucocyte rolling rate also steped down significantly. The number of leucocyte rolling along the vesselwall, adhesive lcucocytes and microthrombus increased significantly compared with normal dontrol group(P〈0.01 orP〈0.05) Danhong injection markedly improved the mesenteric microcirculation indexes. There were no significant differences among group Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ(P〉0.05). CONCLUSION Danhong injection has an effective protection on mesenteric microcirculation in rabbits with acute hypoxia, but there is no obvious dose-effect relationship.
