摘　　要：从构建图书馆长期竞争力出发,首先论述一体化与反一体化的概念和形成路径,然后从SWOT、价值活动和影响因素三个方面对基于一体化与反一体化知识决策的图书馆价值链进行分析,最后在此基础上提出一个基于一体化与反一体化知识决策的图书馆价值链实施模型。On the basis of long - term competence of the library, the paper firstly discusses the concept and forming way of integration and disintegration. Then from the three aspects of SWOT, value activity and influence factor, it analyses value chains management of library based on integration and disintegration knowledge decision and finally puts forward a practice model
