网站信息分类体系质量评价指标体系的研究

摘　　要：从网站信息分类体系构建的视角分析网站信息分类体系的关键要素,在信息质量框架的基础上提出网站信息分类体系质量框架,该框架包括正确性、适量性、可理解、相关性、易操作、一致性、及时性7个维度。结合相关文献,提出网站信息分类体系质量评价指标体系,并运用KLEE法确定各个指标的权重。最后,运用该指标体系评价国家林业局网站信息分类体系质量。Firstly, the paper analyses the key elements of Website＇ s Information Classification （WIC） from the perspective of building WIC. Then, it addresses a framework of Website＇ s Information Classification Quality （WICQ） based on the information quality framework. The framework includes 7 dimensions, which are accuracy, appropriate amount, understandability, relevancy, ease of op- eration, consistency and timeliness. According to analyzing the related paper, the paper brings up an indicator system for assessing Website＇ s Information Classification Quality, and completes the weight value of each indicator with KLEE method. At last, the paper assesses the WICQ of Chinese State Forestry Administration Website with the indicator system.
