摘　　要：质量监督抽查是一种集行政行为与技术操作为一体的行政执法行为,行政管理部门在依据法律法规规定实施行政管理职能的同时,在技术操作层面还需按照相关技术标准执行。未使用合适的标准或者适用标准不当,是导致流通领域商品质量监测存在重大缺陷的根源。文章对流通领域商品质量监测的标准适用问题进行了探讨,并对质量监管相关问题提出一些见解。Quality supervision and sampling is an administrative law-enforcement conduct which admini- strative act is merged into technical operation. Administrative departments perform their official functions according to law, at the same time, they should carry out relevant standards in aspect of technology. The source of great defects in commodity quality monitoring of circulation field is suitable standards are not be used or be applied correctly. The article probes into the problem and puts forward some suggestions.
