摘　　要：对Cr12MoV钢滚丝模发生早期失效的原因进行了分析,并针对上述原因进行了不同淬火工艺对Cr12MoV钢组织和性能影响的试验研究。生产应用结果表明,滚丝模经980℃×30 min+250℃×20 min工艺等温淬火后,模具的使用寿命提高了22倍,取得良好效果。The reasons of early failure of steel Cr12MoV thread rolling die were analyzed.In accordance with the reasons,the effect of different quenching process on microstructure and properties of Cr12MoV steel was studied.The production application results show that,after using the process of heating at 980 ℃ for 30 min and austempering at 250 ℃for 20 min,the service life of the dies increases by 22 times,and good effect is achieved.
