摘　　要：介绍了在高温高湿季节使用高含糖棉生产精梳特细纱的工艺配置及主要技术措施,包括选用适量的防黏剂对原棉进行预处理,清花工序严格控制棉卷回潮率,梳棉工序增加分梳工艺长度,采用较大的前张力牵伸,精、并、粗、细选用合适的纺纱胶辊,稳定和提高成纱质量。The article introduces main technical measures and processes arrangement in producing combed superfine cotton yam containing high sugar in high temperature and high moisture seasons including raw cotton treatment with selected un - adhesive agents, strict moisture regain control of laps in scutching, increasing of the length of crading process, adopting of stronger former tension drafting and use of appropriate rubber rollers in the processes of combing, drawing,roving and spinning to stabilize and improve the formed yarn quality.
