摘　　要：介绍了炭化毛、PTT纤维的性能特点。为了顺利开发14．6tex 10／25／65炭化毛／PTT／精梳棉混纺纱，确保成纱质量，在纺纱过程中针对各种纤维的特性采取了相应工艺技术措施。3种纤维采用开清混合，纺纱前，需给炭化毛加湿给油，使其上机回朝率控制为18％～20％，以保证生条成条顺利。Properties of carbonized wool and PTT are introduced in this article and related technical measures are adopted to guarantee a successful development of qualified 14.6tex 10/25/65 carbonized wool, PTT and combed cotton yam. In the development, 3 different kinds of fibers were opened and blended, and before blending, wetting and oiling were adopted to control a 18% - 20% of moisture regain and make slivering smoothly.
