摘 要:气温骤降是引起大体积混凝土表面裂缝的主要原因。为防止因气温骤降引起坝体混凝土表面裂缝,应及时对坝体表面进行保温。根据设计要求并结合三峡二期工程保温材料的实际运用情况,通过一系列试验比选,最终选定聚苯乙烯板作为三峡三期工程混凝土永久暴露面保温材料。经使用证明,聚苯乙烯板保温材料保温效果良好,施工工艺简单,满足及时跟进保温要求,且因耐久性好,可多年保温,具有较好的经济性。Sudden change of air temperature is the main cause to surface crack of large volume concrete.In order to prevent this kind of damage to dam,surfaces of dams should be protected by temperature insulation measure.According to design requirements and the practical experiences of temperature insulation material in Stage II TGP,by a series of test and selection,ultimately PS board has been selected as the temperature insulation material for the permanent exposure faces of concrete in Stage III TGP.The utilization represents that PS board has good performance in the function of temperature insulation,the construction technologies are simple,meet timely temperature insulation requirement,it also has good endurance,the function could keep active for a long term,and the economic benefit is satisfactory too.
