白莲河电站防浪墙镜面混凝土施工技术

摘　　要：随着建筑行业对混凝土外观质量要求的不断提高,镜面混凝土应运而生。由于对镜面混凝土的外观质量要求很高,相对普通混凝土而言,镜面混凝土原材料质量控制、模板加工工艺、浇筑与养护、混凝土缺陷修补要求更高。通过湖北白莲河抽水蓄能电站上库大坝坝顶防浪墙镜面混凝土的施工,详细总结了镜面混凝土完整的工艺过程及施工注意事项。通过严格遵守镜面混凝土施工工艺,可以取得内部坚实,外观美丽的混凝土建筑效果。With the increasing quality demanding on the concrete appearance in architecture,mirror surface concrete appears.Compared with normal concrete construction,higher standards have been requested to appearance quality of mirror surface concrete,these caused more strict raw material quality control,formwork processing technology,concrete placement and curing,concrete defect mending than before.Through the construction of Bailianhe pumped-storage power station in Hubei Province,the complete construction technologies and notice points have been detailly summarized.By strict construction according to the technologies of mirror surface concrete,the concrete architecture with firm internal structure and beautiful appearance can be realized.This paper represents a few measures to reducing the construction costs of mirror surface concrete.
