欧美群宅运动对我国城市和谐社区建设的启示

摘　　要：群宅运动是欧美社区建设的成功经验。针对现阶段我国城市社区居民对社区普遍缺乏归宿感和认同感的突出问题,借鉴欧美群宅运动的成功做法,可以在社区建筑空间设计、社区活动平台塑造和社区建设应坚持的原则上下功夫,从而进一步推进我国城市和谐社区建设。Collective housing is successful experience of the community building in Europe and America. As there are some key problems with the sense of belonging and a feeling of identity by China＇s urban community residents at present, China can benefit from the successful collective housing in Europe and America, and try hard at the designation of community＇ s architectural space, the building of community plaiform and the consistency of principles for community building, so as to further the building of China＇ s harmonious urban community.
