摘　　要：大部分特许经营体系都分别拥有直营店和加盟店这两种组织形式。本文从风险投资角度出发研究特许体系复合组织形式分别在何种情况下采用直营店和加盟店,以及加盟店之间的最佳比例和决定这个最佳比例的各种因素。Most franchise systems have both franchisee-owned and franchisor-owned units. This paper analyses the conditions where a franchisee-owned unit exists and a franchisor-owned unit exists by a model based on the risk investment between franchisor and franchisee. At the same time, the thesis analyses the optimal proportion between franchisee-owned units and franchisor-owned units, and the factors which affect the proportion.
