摘 要:根据纤维性能和纱线设计参数预测纱线强力,对合理使用纤维原料、降低成本、保证成纱质量具有重要意义。对环锭纱结构力学性能进行系统研究,得出环锭纱的相关力学性能参数与纱线线密度和捻度的关系;通过对从工厂收集的200组纯棉纱线线密度、捻度、强力等数据的统计分析,并综合考虑纱线线密度、是否精梳、是否使用长绒棉等因素,得出了线密度和捻度与纱线强力相对值的经验函数关系。综合考虑环锭纱的力学性能参数和经验函数,根据连续介质力学理论,推导出一种纯棉环锭纱单纱强力计算公式。该公式使用方便,对纯棉环锭纱强力预测精度较高。预测强力与实测强力之间呈线性关系,二者之间回归方程的决定系数达到0.9623。Predicting yarn strength with fiber properties and yarn design parameters is very important for reasonable use of fiber raw material, lowering the cost and ensuring yam quality. The structural and mechanical properties of ring-spun yam have been studied comprehensively. The relationships between yarn linear density, yarn twist, and the relative yam structural and mechanical properties have been obtained. Through statistical analysis of yarn linear density, twist, and strength of 200 groups of pure cotton yarn, and considering some influence factors, such as carded or comed, application of long-staple cotton, experiential functions of yam relative strength with yarn linear density and twist have been obtained. Considering the above mechanical properties and the experiential functions, a pure cotton ring-spun yam strength culculation equation has been established based on continuous medium theory. The equation is characterized by easy use, high precision in prediction of the strength of pure cotton yam. The relationship between predicated value and tested value is linearity, and the determination ratio of regression equation is as high as 0.962 3.
