德国的林业政策和经营模式对河北木兰林管局林业发展的启示

摘　　要：在深入了解德国林业资源及林业相关政策的基础上,介绍了德国的森林经营理念、方法与措施。通过分析德国森林资源培育与生态环境保护的特点,结合河北省木兰林管局的实际,提出了改进森林经营管理模式和经营理念的几点建议。Based on the understanding of German forest resources and forestry policy related, Germany forest management thought and methods and measures were introduced. Through analyzing characteristics of German forest resources cultivation and ecological environment protection, combining with the situation of Mulan-weichang Forest Administration of Hebei province, some suggestions were put forward to improve the forest management mode and ideas.
