摘 要:针对山东金阳矿业集团公司石集煤矿-350 m水平三采区轨道下山的施工情况,进行了轨道下山变形破坏机理及支护技术的研究,依据新奥法并给予其新的理论内涵.根据现场膨胀性软岩持续变形的特点,通过改变支护参数、施工工艺、提高支护初撑力等手段,进行了"喷-锚喷-锚网喷"支护技术的工业性试验,对大变形巷道底臌采用了锚注结合的治理方式.按新型支护设计施工后,巷道和底板变形明显降低,巷道状况良好.通过现场矿压监测,试验取得了理想的技术经济效果.Aimed at the construction of the third coal-mining area track dip at -350 m level in Shiji Coal Mine, the deformation failure mechanism and support technology were studied and the new theory connotation was also given based on NATM. According to the continued deformation features of swelling soft roadway in field, the industrial tests on support technology of "sprayed-anchoring bar and shotcrete-anchored net and sprayed" were creatively carried by the means of changing the supporting parameters and construction technology, increasing setting pressure of temporary lining. At the same time, anchoring and grouting were used jointly to deal with large deformation at the bottom of roadway. By using the new support technology, the roadway is well shaped and the deformation is less distinctly. Mine pressure monitoring at the scene in field shows that the pilot make an ideal technical and economic effects.
