摘　　要：海洋环境污染中有35%是由于船舶污染引起,其中最主要的是油类物质污染,又以船舶事故性溢油污染最为突出。文中概述了船舶油污染的主要原因与途径,论述了油污染对环境的危害,主要分析了油污染对水域的水质、水生生物以及人体健康等方面的影响。并从海事执法管理与环境污染防治手段方面提出了防治船舶油污染的对策和建议。Thirty five percent pollution in oceans was caused by marine vessel, it＇s main form is oil pollution. Ship＇s oil spilling pollution is notable. The main reasons and channels of oil-pollution by ships, and the impacts to environment were summarized also its impacts to water quality, aquatic organisms as well as to human health was analyzed. From the aspects of marine safety management and the environmental protection, several countermeasures and suggestions were proposed for the prevention of the oil pollution by ship.
