摘 要:通过阳离子和阴离子Gemini表面活性剂的复合,制备了弱凝胶驱油体系,研究了该体系的流变性和粘温性,并通过物理模拟试验研究了其驱油效率。结果表明,生成的弱凝胶具有非牛顿流体的流变特性,随着剪切强度的增加,体系粘度逐渐增大,当转速为200r/min时达到最大;该体系具有较好的耐温性,在90℃下其粘度仍大于150mPa·s;同时该体系对原油,特别是稠油具有较强的乳化降粘能力,降粘率大于90%;驱替试验表明,该体系能够使驱替效率提高11%,表明该体系在三次采油中具有广阔的应用前景。Weak gel oil displacement system was made by mixing of positive ion and negative ion Gemini surfactants.Rheological property and relation of viscosity and temperature of the gel were characterized, and the oil recovery efficiency of it was studied by physical simulation.The gel is plastic non-Newton fluid and the maximum viscosity is 215 mPa?s when rotary speed reaches to 200r/min.The gel has good heat-resistant with the viscosity more than 150 mPa?s at 90℃and good emulsifying ability to crude oil with viscosity reduction more than 90%.The displacement examination shows that the oil displacement efficiency with this weak gel oil system may improve 11%than that of heat water, and the system has wide prospect on tertiary oil recovery.
