摘 要:为了研究阳离子凝胶的选择性堵水机理,进行了一系列实验。其中,阳离子凝胶在地层水中的吸水膨胀和在原油中的脱水收缩实验结果表明,阳离子凝胶在地层水中具有较强的吸水膨胀性,膨胀度可达37倍;而吸水后的阳离子凝胶在原油中浸泡后,脱水收缩,收缩率可达48%。环境扫描电镜实验显示,阳离子凝胶吸水膨胀后,形成有规律的网状结构,有利于堵水;而见油脱水后,网状结构被破坏,有利于油相通过。封堵能力实验和渗透率恢复实验表明,堵水率大于堵油率,水相渗透率恢复率明显小于油相渗透率恢复率,表明阳离子凝胶的封堵作用具有较强的选择性。因此,阳离子凝胶的选择性堵水机理是其微观结构受水相和油相影响,阳离子凝胶吸水形成网状结构,而原油会破坏这种网状结构。A series of experiments were made to research the selective water plugging mechanism of cationic gel.The experiments of hydration in formation water and dehydration in crude oil showed that cationic gel swells in formation water with a swelling degree up to 37 times,while shrinks in oil with shrinkage of 48%.The observation under ESEM showed that after water adsorption the cationic gel forms regular netlike structure which is difficult for water passing;while after shrinkage in oil,the netlike structure disappears that is easy for oil passing.The experiments of plugging ability measuring and restorable permeability measuring showed that the water-plugging rate is higher than oil-plugging rate,and the restorable permeability of water is lower than that of oil,that is to say,the plugging effect of the cationic gels has selectivity. So the mechanism of the cationic gel is the microscopic structure is different in water and oil,the netlike structure is formed after water entry,while oil will destroy the structure.
