摘  要:胜利油区已发现砂砾岩油气区块20个,探明储量占该区块的50%,砂砾岩体将成为胜利油区勘探开发的主要阵地。车66井区等砂砾岩油藏的试油和试采结果表明,勘探试油和开发工艺不能满足砂砾岩油藏开采要求。分析认为2套压力系统的存在造成了层间的干扰,深抽造成原油脱气、漏失增大、杆管柱弹性伸缩量大和偏磨严重等是机械举升的难题,通过新技术研究与技术的整合,提出了针对性的技术对策,为深层砂砾岩油藏机械举升提供了技术支持。Shengli Oilfields have discovered 20 glutenite petroleum province and ascertained the deposit covering 50%.Glutenite will be a main exploratory development direction.Oil in the deep glutenite reservoirs on Che66 field has been tested and explored.The practice proves that current exploration measure and development technology for glutenite reservoirs can't meet the field's need.In this paper,the problem of machinery lifting technology in the deep glutenite reservoirs was analyzed.The simultaneity of two pressure systems will cause interlayer interference.In view of degassing of crude oil,leaking increasing,raising of roof and pipe elastic telescopic length,aggravating of eccentric wear,specific measures were proposed,this may offer profitable technical support for the machinery lifting of deep glutenite reservoirs.
