摘　　要：针对内腔网格筋板件自身的特点,制定出采用轴向加载、径向挤压、等温成形工艺成形该类零件,并对成形过程进行了数值模拟和物理模拟研究,介绍了该类零件的模具结构设计。For the characteristics of pallet parts with grid rib, the forming processes with axial loading, radial extruding, and isothermal forming procedure which would be used for producing this kind of parts has been prepared. Meanwhile, the numerical simulation and the physical simulation research have been carried out for forming procedure. Last, the mould structural design of this parts has been described.
