摘 要:为了研究热喷涂涂层的组织结构和工艺性能,以45钢为基材、Ni60和Ni25为涂层材料分别制备出Ni60和Ni25喷涂层。对涂层表层组织及横截面组织进行金相观察,可以很直观地看出,热喷涂层表面呈现熔融平铺状的颗粒,横截面组织形态为层状结构,颗粒之间相互堆叠,且涂层组织致密;对Ni60和Ni25涂层进行一系列的测试,如硬度测试、结合强度测试、耐热疲劳试验以及耐磨性试验。结果表明,热喷涂Ni60和Ni25涂层具有硬度高,耐磨性好,与基体结合牢固等优良性能。For researching on the structure and property of hot spraying layer, taken the 45 steel as the basis material, the Ni60 and Ni25 spraying coating have been prepared separately from the Ni60 and Ni25 coating material. The metallographic test has been operated on the coating for the surface structure and the cross section structure. It is visible to see that the hot spraying layer appears the layering molten grain; the structure appearance of cross section is the layer structure with piled grain and compact structure. Meanwhile, there would be a series of tests for Ni60 and Ni25 coating, such as hardness test, binding strength test, heat-proof fatigue test and wear resistance test. The results indicates that the hot spraying Ni60 and Ni25 coating have these well property including the high hardness, good wear resistance, and firm binding with basal body etc.
