摘　　要：采用问卷调查法、访谈法等,对优秀羽毛球运动员进行运动创伤流行病学调查与分析。结果显示:共查出73种创伤,运动员总患病率为93.42%。腰肌劳损患者占38.16%,腰背肌筋膜炎与髌尖末端病患者占22.37%,腰椎间盘突出症患者占21.05%,距腓前韧带损伤患者占18.42%。羽毛球运动员最易出现创伤的部位依次为腰部、踝关节、膝关节、大腿和足部,这与羽毛球运动项目特点有关。Using the methods of questionnaire, visit etc., it made an epidemiologic investigation and analysis of sports injury of badminton elite. The results indicate that 73 kinds of injuries in all have been investigated and the total incidence comes to 93.42 % ; the patients of lumber muscle strain, lumbodorsal fasciitis, injury of patella apex, lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion and anterior talofibular ligament injury make up 38.16%, 22.37%, 22.37%, 21.05% and 18.42% of the total subiects respectively; the high incidence of sports injury is in waist, ankle, knee, thigh, and foot in order, which is relevant to the event characteristic of badminton.
