三门峡水库“318”试验效益评估与建议

摘　　要："318"试验已经4年,非汛期90%以上泥沙堆积在距坝75km范围,淤积重心下移38km。潼关河段发生冲刷,潼关高程下降0.99m。潼关以下库区共冲刷1.477亿m3。应当看到,2003-2006年期间,非汛期各年进库沙量不足1.0亿t,淤积量少有利冲刷,尚无大沙年(2.0亿t以上)的考验。非汛期平均水位仍偏高,年度运用方案仍有改进的空间。The ＂318＂ experiments have been done for four years. More than 90 percent of sediment deposited within the 75 km reach to the dam site and the deposition center moved downward about 38 km in non-flood seasons. Erosion has occured in Tongguan reach, which resulted in decrease of Tongguan elevation by 0.99 m. The total erosion amout below Tongguan is 147.7 million m^3. It should be noted that the sediment amounts into the reservoir during non-flood seasons from 2003 to 2006 are less than 100 million t and it is easy to scour. The averaged operation water level of Sanmenxia Reservoir during non-flood season is still a litlle bit high and there is a room to improve the annual operation mode.
