摘 要:航空工业领域广泛存在着流体系统,任何流体系统均可化为只有节点和分支组成的通用流体网络,本文研究了这种通用流体网络的数值计算方法。将连续方程施加到节点,将动量方程施加到分支,建立起等温不可压流体系统的非线性控制方程组。根据Newton-Raphson迭代思想,研究了基于高斯-约当消去法的流体系统控制方程组数值求解方法。在此基础上,采用压缩矩阵存储技术开发了流体系统仿真平台FOCUSS-FS。通过算例进行验证,结果表明:本文计算方法能够准确获得任意流体网络的压强和流量分布,收敛速度快且效率较高,内存消耗小。The aviation industry widely exists in into the general fluid network buildup with nodes fluid machinery; any fluid system can be converted and branches. In this paper, the numerical method of the general fluid network was investigated. The nonlinear governing equations of isothermal, incompressible fluid system were established by continuity equation imposed on nodes and momentum equation imposed on branches. Based on the iterative algorithm of Newton Raphson, the numerical approach of governing equations of fluid system was studied using the Gauss Jordan elimination. Moreover, the simulation platform of fluid system FOCUSS-FS was developed using the compression matrix storage technology. With the validation of calculating examples, the results show that the numerical approach can get the pressure and mass flow rate of any fluid network with high accuracy and have the characteristics of high convergence rate, high efficiency and low memory consumption.
