摘　　要：目的:研究不同生长期家蚕及其副产物中1-脱氧野尻霉素的含量变化。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:H iQS iL C18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%醋酸(55∶45,V/V);流速:1.0 mL/m in;柱温25℃;荧光检测器激发波长254 nm,发射波长322 nm。结果:不同生长期家蚕及其副产物中1-脱氧野尻霉素的含量有较大差异,且呈一定规律性变化。结论:初步揭示了1-脱氧野尻霉素在家蚕体内的代谢规律。Objective ： To Study the changing regularity of the contents of 1-deoxynojirimycin in Bombyx mori and their byproducts in different growth periods. Methods： The samples were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography equipped with fluorescence detector and separated on a HiQSiL C18 column at 25℃. Mobile phase consisted of anetonitrile-0. 1% aqueous acetic acid （55： 45 ） with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The fluorescence detector was operated at λEx = 254 nm and λEM = 322 nm. Results ： The contents of 1-deoxynojirimycin in Bombyx mori and their byproducts in different growth periods were remarkably different, and changed regularly. Conclusion： This study reveals the metabolic regularity of 1-deoxynojirimycin in Bombyx rnori preliminarily.
