摘　　要：目的:采用HPLC建立温郁金药材的指纹图谱。方法:用W elchrom-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/m in,柱温35℃,检测波长244 nm。结果:建立了HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,并对不同采收期的温郁金药材进行了相似度比较。结论:本指纹图谱中温郁金药材中各成分均得到了较好的分离。Objective： To establish the fingerprint of Radix Curcumae by HPLC. Methods： Chromatographic column： Welchrom-C18（250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm）, mobile phase： acetontrile and water, gradient elution, flow rate： 1.0 mL/min, column temperature： 35℃, detection wavelength： 244 nm. Results： We established the HPLC fingerprint common mode, and compared Rhizoma Curcumae from different habitats. Conclusion： Each component of Radix Curcumae is isolated well in this fingerprint.
