摘　　要：目的探讨臀大肌的功能并为临床肌移植提供形态学资料。方法取成人尸体5具,用肌构筑学方法进行研究。结果臀大肌的肌质量为(396.10±109.82)g,肌长(12.77±0.79)cm,肌表面积为(267.34±31.61)cm2,肌纤维长(19.43±1.53)cm,生理横切面积为(19.32±5.26)cm2。结论臀大肌具有力量型肌的构筑学特征,也具有增加运动幅度的能力或潜能。Objective To explore the muscle architecture of gluteus maximus. Method Gluteus maximus from 5 adult cadavers was included into this study using the muscle architecture. Restults The average muscle weight： （396.10±109.82）g, muscle length： （12. 77±＋0. 79）cm, surface area： （267.34 ± 31.61） cm^2, fiber length： （19.43 ± 1.53） cm, and physiologic cross-sectional area：（19.32±5.26）cm^2. Conclusions The gluteus maximus is kind of strength type mucle,and has the potential of increasing motion amplitude.
