摘  要:目的报道足踝部软组织缺损的显微外科修复的临床效果和体会。方法应用4种不同类型皮瓣移植修复足踝部软组织缺损56例。其中腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣20例,小腿内侧逆行皮瓣11例,游离股前外侧皮瓣16例,桥式皮瓣9例。切取皮瓣最大面积约20cm×10cm。结果随访5月~6年,皮瓣全部成活,无1例坏死。感染3例,其中瘘道形成1例。皮瓣的外形及足踝部功能较满意。结论足踝部软组织缺损的修复,应用不同类型皮瓣移植修复,只要严格掌握手术适应证,均能达到良好的效果。Objective To report the clinical effects and experience of reconstruction of the demaged soft-tissue of the foot and the ankle by microsurgery operation.Methods 56 Cases of the defective soft tisse of the foot and the ankle were treated by using four kinds of flaps. Among them sural nerve of nutrition vessel was used in 20 cases, medial crural skin flap was used in 11 cases ,free anterolateral femoral skin flap was used in 16cases and bridge flap was used in 9cases. The maximal area of the skin flap was 20cm×10cm.Results After 5 months to 6 years'follow-ups, they are all survived without any necrosis , while 3 flaps had infections and one of them had a sinus. The appearance of the flaps and the functions of the foot and the ankle were satisfactory.Conclusion By using various kinds of flaps to reconstruct the soft tisse defection of the foot and the ankle, it can gain a better effect only if patients fit the indication of surgery.
